Novo UK came to us with one simple brief: to turn the image of your typical recruiter on its head and set their agency apart from every other in the industry.
We held an extensive brainstorming session whereby staff at all levels were encouraged to speak freely about the recruitment industry and the common perceptions of your average recruiter. Taking this insight, we set about creating a design and user journey that created a new experience for candidate and client alike.
Our aim was to do away with the unnecessary waffle and bold claims of the catch-all recruitment world and create an honesty about the brand that would stand out as a unique message in the industry.
Collaborating closely with Novo’s marketing team and management to create the right look and feel, we worked hard to incorporate the unique Novo brand throughout the new site, whether it was through the unrivalled level of functionality, unique UI or brand representation.
